Adrian has had a passion for Sports and Fitness throughout his life. While obtaining a Sports Marketing Degree at Pace University Adrian found his calling in helping individuals become the strongest version of themselves. With a Certification in National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Functional Kettlebell Training (FKT) and PPSC Mobility, Adrian specializes in Functional Strength Training. Movement is key! He believes the best programming is proper movements that will correlate with your day-to-day life.

Through his years in the fitness industry he has obtained multiple kettlebell certifications, as well as top tier mobility and strength certifications. Elena developed a passion for movement at the age of 5, when she entered a gymnastics program. Growing up in an active family made her realize the importance of regular exercise, and she has carried that through, as a sprinter in high school, and now, a hybrid athlete and personal trainer.
She is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, a running mechanics and VDOT certified running coach, and continuously pursues further learning, in order to give her clients the best results possible. From her previous career in investment banking, she understands the pressures of the corporate world, and it’s effect on health and wellness.
Elena will lead you to view the gym as your personal playground, utilizing all the tools it has to offer such as barbells, kettlebells, med balls, TRX and dumbbells.
In addition to helping you reach your fitness goals, her aim is to empower you, challenge you, educate you, support you and celebrate your wins with you, all whilst having fun.
