Anthony attended the Swedish Institute of Health Sciences where he received his degree in exercise science/advanced personal training. Through his years in the fitness industry he has obtained multiple kettlebell certifications, as well as top tier mobility and strength certifications. Anthony has a background in sports and has a passion for training like an athlete. Anthony has worked a countless amount of session hours with all types of clients. He is a strong advocate of proper movement and programming. This approach yields a fun-filled session where you will not only accomplish the results you are looking for but feel good while doing so. “There are many phases in life, phases where you feel motivated and phases where you feel like you are going through the motions. Accountability is what keeps us all in check, training is about creating sustainable habits. Habits that will start small and eventually grow into life changing habits. Training should be fun and rewarding and I am here to help my clients through that process.”

As the Fitness Integrity & Performance Manager, Jason Li is the driving force behind the highest standards of coaching excellence. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and certified as a Personal Trainer since 2013, Jason brings over a decade of grounded expertise to every program. His extensive qualifications, which include being an Advanced Level 2 Weightlifting Coach and a Certified Mobility Specialist, reflect his comprehensive approach to human performance—ensuring clients not only move strong but move well. His hands-on commitment to the sport is highlighted by his attendance at an intensive weightlifting camp in Ukraine in 2017.
Jason’s dedication to holistic results extends to specialized areas, being a Certified Nutrition Coach and a Certified Menopause Specialist Coach. This broad, evidence-based foundation allows him to create truly personalized, sustainable programs. Jason is committed to helping individuals—from competitive athletes to those seeking resilient health—unlock their unique potential, delivering measurable, transformative results that last far beyond the gym floor.
