Sara is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer who has been in the fitness industry since 2016. Being a professional dancer, a hiking/bouldering enthusiast, and a previous competitive gymnast, her philosophy is that you can find the enjoyment of exercise just about anywhere.
Sara heavily values and enjoys teaching the small details of movement mechanics to instill longevity in her clients’ programs. She shows up to push her clients both inside and outside the gym and loves to celebrate each accomplished goal, one progression at a time.
