For Emma, fitness and wellness have always been woven into her daily life. While studying psychology at Colgate University, she discovered a passion for the mental and emotional benefits of an active lifestyle. After moving to New York City, she pursued her calling at the Focus Personal Training Institute, where she built a strong foundation in the functional and biomechanical principles of movement. Emma’s coaching blends science-backed strength training with playful energy and purpose. She believes true strength is built from the ground up—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
