With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Tommy specializes in functional strength training, kettlebell training, boxing-inspired conditioning, and performance-based programming. Drawing from his background in exercise physiology and nutrition, he creates personalized programs tailored to each client’s goals, lifestyle, and long-term health.
