Tara believes fitness should support the way you want to live, move, and feel. Her coaching style blends strength training, mobility, mindfulness, and sustainable habits to help clients build confidence, resilience, and long-term health.
With experience in personal training, yoga, movement education, and performance, Tara works with a wide range of clients—from beginners and busy professionals to performers and those simply looking to move and feel better in everyday life. She creates individualized programs that combine functional strength, mobility, breathwork, and mindful movement in a supportive and sustainable way.
Outside of coaching, Tara enjoys teaching yoga, hiking, singing opera, and spending time with her puppy.
