Shany believes movement is one of the most powerful tools for building a strong, healthy, and fulfilling life. Her coaching style is high-energy, supportive, and focused on creating long-term results through quality training and sustainable day-to-day habits.
As a Master Trainer and CrossFit coach, Shany specializes in injury prevention, strength, mobility, pre- and post-natal training, and habit change. With more than 20 certifications and a lifelong passion for learning, she is constantly expanding her knowledge to better support her clients.
Outside of coaching, Shany’s background as a dancer, gymnast, and circus artist continues to shape her energetic approach to fitness and movement. When she’s not training clients, she’s proudly spending time as Lihi’s mom.
