Sara is all about keeping fitness simple, positive, and something you actually want to stick with. Her aim is to help you feel strong, capable, and good in your own skin—focusing on both the mental and physical benefits of movement.
She has been in the fitness industry for 10 years and brings a solid foundation with a BS in Exercise Science, a Master’s in Nutrition, and has worked with all kinds of people looking for what works best for each individual.

I’m big on being outdoors—hiking, biking, or just soaking up some sun. But I also love winding down with a good book when it’s time to recharge.
